Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any skincare or haircare products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, we may consider the request on a case-by-case basis.
Such requests may only be approved if the product remains unopened, unused, and fully sealed in its original packaging.
Approval of change-of-mind returns is at the sole discretion of Skinshop Online Shopping.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be determined based on the reason for the return.
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
