Start Slow: For face and body, begin with 1–2 nights per week, gradually increasing to 2–3 nights as tolerated.

For Face: After cleansing at night, apply to clean, dry skin using a cotton pad. Avoid the eye and lip areas. Follow with a hydrating moisturiser.

For Body: Apply to clean, dry areas prone to strawberry skin, rough bumps or uneven texture, such as your arms and legs. Follow with a body moisturiser.

For Scalp: Before shampooing, section your hair and apply the toner directly to your scalp, focusing on areas with flakiness or product buildup. Gently massage with your fingertips and leave on for 10–15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with shampoo and follow with conditioner on your hair lengths. Start with once a week.

Important: Avoid applying immediately after shaving, on irritated or broken skin, or alongside other exfoliating acids and retinoids in the same routine. Always use SPF 30+ on exposed skin during the day.
